At Wasamedia, our designers use their creative flair to give your business visual appeal. They understand it’s important for your business collateral to have continuity across all platforms, whether it be illustrations, in-store posters, menus, business cards or social media curation, including Instagram layouts, memes, animated GIFS and photography.
We begin by talking about your specific design needs, as every client is different!
After this initial meeting, our designers conduct in-depth research to develop creative ideas. These ideas are then transformed into a mood-board which helps to capture the overall aesthetic of your brand and its core identity.
This mood-board is then used as an aesthetic reference to create designs for your business, such as: planning content for Instagram to create an aesthetically pleasing feed, designing memes, animated GIFs and engaging Facebook posts using content from our photoshoots.
Throughout your contract with us, design work is ongoing and we continuously work with you to create specific designs as needed, e.g. invitations, merchandise, packaging etc.
Our designers are passionate about creating designs that help you communicate to your audience in the best way possible! Let us help you to create a brand image that’s aesthetically appealing and sets you apart from the crowd…

Wasamedia worked with Sydney bakery and café, Bake Bar, to build a social media following and establish them as one of Sydney’s top bakeries, using quality content creation and a customised media strategy to transform its brand image and boost its awareness. Since our work began in 2016, Bake Bar has experienced success after success across social media and mainstream media, as well as, gaining significant notoriety after winning multiple awards.
Wasamedia worked with Chubby Cheeks right from the beginning to create a unique brand identity which included the design of signage, logos and menus. The team successfully launched the restaurant with PR, content creation and geo-targeted digital marketing. In the lead up to the restaurant’s opening, Wasamedia created buzz around the launch through creating thumb-stopping content and liaising with key media to get the word out in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and beyond.
Located at the water’s edge of the iconic Manly Beach, The Pantry Manly is a popular restaurant for locals and tourists alike. Upon new ownership, they had a minimal online and social media footprint. The restaurant had an incredible location, but needed a complete refresh of their branding to complement their location. Wasamedia overhauled the restaurant’s branding and digital presence. This included a refresh of their logos, menus, website and branding collateral as well as a stylised portfolio of photography and videography for social media. Now, The Pantry Manly has been put back on the map as an iconic Manly attraction and tourist destination.

This is dependent on the size and style of the design – i.e. what material it needs to be printed on and with what finish. If you don’t already have a printer lined up, we have connections with a few different printing stores and can manage the printing process for you.
Of course, we want you to be happy with your design, which is why we offer three rounds of changes per standard job.
Depending on the type and size of the files, we can send the designs over to you by email, Dropbox, WeTransfer or SmugMug.
This depends on the size of the design and the brief. Our team are very fast workers and can turn around smaller designs in 24-48 hours, for larger designs, we calculate timing on a case-by-case basis.
