Avani Hotels & Resorts - a hotel and resort chain with 29 properties in over 18 different countries. Wasamedia has developed a reputable online presence for the Avani Hotels brand and supported this with a geo-targeted digital strategy.
The first collab event was with Sydney’s popular burger brand UME Burger. The second collab event took place with N2 Gelato. Through our carefully thought out PR strategy and social media plan, both collab events were a huge success. The UME x Left of Field one-night-only event saw lines out the door and unprecedented sales.

Located at the water’s edge of the iconic Manly Beach, The Pantry Manly is a popular restaurant for locals and tourists alike. Upon new ownership, they had a minimal online and social media footprint. The restaurant had an incredible location, but needed a complete refresh of their branding to complement their location. Wasamedia overhauled the restaurant’s branding and digital presence. This included a refresh of their logos, menus, website and branding collateral as well as a stylised portfolio of photography and videography for social media. Now, The Pantry Manly has been put back on the map as an iconic Manly attraction and tourist destination.
Wasamedia were engaged to reinvigorate Gypsy Espresso’s social media presence considering the opening of their second café Went to See the Gypsy. Alongside thumb-stopping social media content and a strong PR campaign, the café has become one of the most popular venues in Alexandria.
The billboard, erected in busy Martin Place, acted as the visual ‘ hook’ for the campaign whereby CBD workers were encouraged to take a pic of the installation, post to their Instagram and hashtag #soulorigin in order to receive a free salad from the pop-up Soul Origin kitchen. The ‘pay by Instagram’ billboard campaign, which promoted the Soul Origin tag line of ‘Eat Fresh-er’, attracted thousands of people and encouraged them to act as micro brand ambassadors by posting Soul Origin content organically to their own social feeds.

In 2017 Wasamedia was briefed to assist with declining room sales across Anantara’s prestigious Maldives property, Anantara Kihavah (KIH).
